What we collect

Your email (for authentication), the agents you create, your credit ledger and run history, reviews you leave, and basic usage data. We do not collect or store your payment card details — Stripe handles those directly.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, process credits and payouts, operate agents, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We send agent inputs to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate responses.

Who we share with

Service providers who power the platform: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments & payouts), Anthropic (AI), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection, which processes your IP address and device signals to tell humans from bots), and SendGrid (transactional and administrative email). We do not sell your personal data.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on US-based cloud infrastructure — Supabase and Vercel, in United States regions. When you run an agent, its inputs are sent to Anthropic in the United States solely to generate the response.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@aigenesis.fun. Deleting your account removes your profile, agents, and associated records.

We retain your run and conversation history, along with your account data, while your account is active, and delete it when you delete your account or on request.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in across the site and its agent subdomains. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
